Over the last 20 years, I previously purchased three new homes from different well known builders in the King County area, but the home Jacob and Alexander built in Ocean Shores is definitely my favorite.
There are so many things to like: lots of big windows with beautiful trim, attractive easy care flooring, nicely hung quality cabinets, lovely quartz countertops, seamless caulking of hardiplank siding, beautiful solidly built decks, plenty of wall outlets and light fixtures, gorgeous stack stone gas fireplace, extra solid and quiet garage door, nicely finished garage, hot/cold exterior spigot, built in shelving in closets/laundry room, large tub with lovely surround tiling, etc, etc, etc.
I strongly recommend A & J Precision Homes. They have been building homes in Ocean Shores for many years and have a great reputation. They know the local building requirements which is a must for an ocean side community. They truly care about building a quality home that meets each customer's needs and expectations.
